Effective 1 January 2026. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have.

Data we collect

When you submit the project enquiry form, we collect your name, work email, company, role and the project details you provide. We also receive standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) necessary to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals.
To operate, secure and improve this website.
To meet legal and contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiry data for marketing without your explicit consent.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized. Technical logs are retained for up to 12 months.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@veyra.systems. We respond within 30 days.
