Issuance and settlement infrastructure — production environment

Overview

The token is the smallest part.

Regulated asset systems succeed on their surroundings: eligibility checks, subscription workflows, custody coordination, registrar reconciliation and reporting a regulator can inspect. We build that surrounding system with the same rigour as the contracts.

Asset systems must reconcile on-chain finality with off-chain books. We design for deterministic settlement, idempotent processing and full reconstructability of every balance movement.

Capabilities

What this service covers.

  • Regulated token issuance — lifecycle management from offering setup to redemption.
  • Custody and key-management integration — adapters for your custodian, not a replacement.
  • Transfer-policy engines — identity-bound rules including ERC-3643 frameworks.
  • Settlement and reconciliation pipelines — deterministic, replayable, provable.
  • Reporting and audit surfaces — evidence packs generated as engineering output.

Engineering considerations

Designed around settlement truth.

On-chain finality and off-chain books disagree by nature. Our reconciliation service replays every movement from events, so the books can always be reconstructed — and proven.

Policy without migration

Transfer rules change without redeploying the asset contract.

Custodian-agnostic adapters

Key ceremonies and signing stay with your custodian of choice.

Registrar-grade reporting

Positions, movements and eligibility evidence on demand.

FAQ

Yes. Custody adapters are a standard deliverable; key ceremonies stay with your custodian.

An evidence pack generated from the system itself: positions, movements, eligibility decisions and reconciliation proofs.
